Privacy policy

This policy explains how NAI Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 16 637 716 995), trading as Zelky, handles personal information collected through zelky.au. We aim to follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you use our quote form we collect your name, email address, business name (optional), the package you are interested in, and any message you write. We do not ask for payment details on this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver and support your project. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

Your enquiry is sent by email using Resend, an email delivery provider, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers may process data outside Australia. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads. We do not currently run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Cookies and storage

The site stores one setting in your browser (whether sound is on or off). It is not used to identify you.

Keeping it safe, and how long

We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse and loss. We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them for the purposes above, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
